Hi5Tickets.com is an IATA Registered (91204923) travel agency and is GDPR regulated under the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully.


1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Hi5Tickets.com website and services. By using our site, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.


2. Definitions

"We," "us," and "our" refer to Hi5Tickets.com and Umbrella Utilities LTD.

"You" and "“your" refer to the user or viewer of our website.

"Services" refers to all products and services offered by Hi5Tickets.com, including travel bookings, reservations, and related services.


3. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.



4. Booking and Reservations

All bookings and reservations made through Hi5Tickets.com are subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant service providers.

By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to promptly update any changes.

You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are valid and up to date for your travel.



5. Payment and Pricing

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 

In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your booking at the correct price or cancel the booking without penalty.


6. Cancellations and Refunds


At Hi5Tickets.com, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience for our customers. However, we understand that travel plans may change. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a booking.


i. Ticket Cancellation & Refunds


Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider. Customers are advised to check specific terms before confirming their booking.

Refund eligibility is subject to the airline’s/consolidator's fare rules and service provider policies.

Some tickets may be non-refundable or partially refundable, as per the fare rules.

Refund processing time may take 7–14 or more business days, depending on the service provider.

Any cancellation or refund request must be made by contacting our customer support team.

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable service charge which covers administrative work, consultation, reservation handling, and after-sales assistance. This service charge is retained by the agency and is not refundable under any circumstances, even if the airline, hotel, or other supplier provides a full refund. 

In cases where a supplier (e.g., airline, consolidator) issues a full refund, the amount credited to the customer will be the supplier’s refund minus the agency’s service charge as agreed for every booking by default. Non-refundable service charges are 20% of the total ticket price and 15% of the total hotel price.  

Service charges cover the agency’s operational time, staff costs, payment processing, and administrative handling, which are incurred regardless of whether travel and hotel stay takes place or not.


ii. Installment Plan Cancellation Policy


Customers booking on installments must ensure timely payments as per the agreed schedule.

If a passenger fails to pay an installment on the due date and time, the booking will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to contact us before the due date to confirm the payment method, if passenger does not contact intime the hold booking will be cancelled automatically, and passenger either has to rebook or to apply for the cancellation.

Passengers can choose from any available payment option to complete their installment on time.

If a booking is canceled due to a missed installment, any refund (if applicable) will be subject to the service provider’s terms.


iii. Initial Deposits Reservation/Booking (Condition 1)


By booking on reservation within 24 Hours means; an initial deposit of minimum amount will be paid by the passenger/customer to make sure we reserve the required seats and passenger/customer has to clear the remaining amount with in 24 hours(a time period of 24 Hours can be extended or minimized depending upon the airline/consolidator), so the fare and seats will remain guaranteed. If a passenger/customer fails to mature the reservations by paying the remaining amount, initial deposit will be non-refundable.

No reservation or booking will be made on initial deposits unless passenger/customer takes the responsibility to clear the remaining amount within 24 hours, in some cases airlines/consolidators can provide more or less than 24 hours.


iv. Initial Deposits Reservation/Booking (Condition 2)


For example, if a passenger/customer has paid £400 in four monthly instalments and the ticket price at the time of booking is £600, the customer will be required to pay the remaining £200 for the ticket to be issued. For tickets purchased through monthly instalment plans with minimum deposits, where no third-party financing provider (such as PayPal or similar services) is involved, the passenger/customer is responsible for paying any price difference at the time of ticket issuance.


v. Changes & Rescheduling


Changes to the booking (date, time, destination) are subject to airline/consolidator and service provider policies.

Change fees may apply, depending on the ticket type and provider’s rules.

7. Travel Insurance


We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events. Travel insurance is not included in our services unless explicitly stated.


8. Privacy Policy


Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website and services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.


9. Intellectual Property


All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hi5Tickets.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.


10. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hi5Tickets.com and Umbrella Utilities LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website and services.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on our website.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hi5Tickets.com and Umbrella Utilities LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website and services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.


13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


We take our reputation seriously and encourage genuine feedback from verified customers. Any false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious statements made against our company by individuals who have not used our services, or which deliberately misrepresent facts on review platforms, social media, or other public forums including trustpilot, may be treated as defamation. We reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies, including reporting such content to the relevant platforms and authorities, and taking action under applicable defamation and cyber laws to protect our business reputation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
